Apply for a Computer

Individual Applications will only be accepted from Western Australia residents who are recipients of Commonwealth Centrelink benefits (e.g. Health Care, Aged & Veterans Pension card holders).

Unfortunately, due to Microsoft licensing requirements, we are unable to accept applications using the WA or Commonwealth Seniors Card.

If the applicant is under 18 years of age the parent or guardian should complete the application form.

Application Form - Individual

Organisations. If you are a charity or non-profit organisation you can purchase computers from us for internal use by the organisation.

First, please complete an Organisation Application Form so we can establish eligibility.

Once this has been established, complete the Computer application form - Organisation to order computers.

Organisations wishing to purchase computers on behalf of their clients, or staff members wishing to purchase computers for their own use, please use the “Application form - Individual”.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Australian Consumer Law provides a warranty for second hand goods. If your refurbished computer should fail within three months of purchase, return the computer and WCMS will repair or replace it. However, WCMS may charge for software restoration which is made necessary by customer misuse. Note WCMS does not provide any software support on the computers we sell.
